Bio

Mandy Culver joined Next Frontier Capital in April 2021 and is the Operations Manager.  

She brings a wealth of expertise in operations, administration, and project management, and has consistently demonstrated her ability to optimize processes, address complex challenges, and collaborate effectively with the NFC team.

Mandy's educational journey commenced at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Ethics in 2005. She furthered her academic pursuits by attaining a Master's in Business Administration in the spring of 2006, showcasing her commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

Following her academic achievements, Mandy embarked on a journey alongside her husband, who served in the US Army. In Fort Hood, Texas, she assumed the role of Executive Assistant/Project Manager at First National Bank Texas, where she honed her organizational and managerial skills. After a subsequent move to Fort Sill, OK, her dedication and contributions were recognized with numerous accolades, including the Commander's Outstanding Civil Service Medal and the Alice Grierson Award for Excellence, underscoring her exceptional commitment to service.

In 2012, Mandy transitioned to Washington, D.C., where she became an integral part of the National Military Family Association (NMFA) as an Executive Assistant/Project Manager. Her role at NMFA exemplified her ability to excel in multifaceted environments, showcasing her adaptability and proficiency.

Subsequently, Mandy's family relocated to Fort Polk, Louisiana, where her unwavering dedication to community service was further recognized when she was selected as the Installation Military Spouse of the Year. This honor was a testament to her tireless efforts in supporting the families of the 3rd Infantry Division during their deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.

In 2020, the Culvers embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Tampa, FL, where Mandy contributed her skills as a Customer Success and Sales Intern for Instant Teams. Her drive and commitment were evident, leading to her eventual transition to a role as an Executive Assistant with NFC through Instant Teams in April 2021. By March 2022, Mandy officially became a vital part of the NFC team on a full-time basis.

As of July 2022, Mandy and her family have established their home in Missoula, MT, with a firm intention to establish enduring roots in Montana.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mandy is happily married to Ben Culver, a dedicated Army veteran who currently holds the position of Professor of Military Science at the University of Montana in Missoula. Together with their children, Parker and Riley, they are relishing their return to the Pacific Northwest/Rocky Mountains.
